The purpose of this document is to go through a common s3 error that one may face during development/implementation

If you received the error message above or you get “access denied” even though you have sufficient permissions when browsing through the S3 console

Cause of problem (not too sure):

  • It may be due to a lot of cookies stored during your AWS sessions especially when you are switching between accounts
  • Browser problems

Try these quick solutions:

  1. Clearing your browser cache
  2. Use a different browser
  3. Re-logging into your AWS Account
